Hi all.... I just read this tweet from @BlackBerryHelp
"Want to Mark Prior Read? Tap and hold on a date banner in your message list and select Mark Prior Read from the action menu. #BB10Tips ^CS"
I though I would try this on my Q10 as I have loads of unread messages. I got the prompt "mark all previous read" and clicked OK...But nothing happened. I tried it a few times more with the same result. Then I thought maybe as I have so many unread in the main hub I would filter each account and try......but still they remain unopened!
Does this work for anyone or is it just my BB that has a problem?

hmm odd...its been there on the z10 since the beginning I think. Not a new feature at all

Thanks for the replies...I am sure it worked when I 1st got it...then I forgot about the feature...then the tweet reminded me....so I gave it a try! I am running 10.1.0.4200 BTW

Now this is getting weird ! I was just on my laptop looking at my Gmail.....and guess what? ...Yep....all has been marked as read on my Gmail account on my laptop...but it still shows them as unread on my Q10 ! ( and yes there were loads unread on my laptop before)

You have to set the contact to priority account, then you can mark all prior read.
