@att Classic AT&T taking ages longer than other carriers to release software updates for our @BlackBerry phones. We are customers too, AT&T!

This. The rumor was Feb. 10, I have not heard any differently.

Definitely gave them a tweet...or two LOL but AT&T has a bad rep with updates when it comes to all platforms except Apple of course because their the only ones who knows how to properly keep their customers up to speed, smh.

They told me they're working on it, so I said we haven't had an update since July and that Verizon was way ahead of them. Let's see if we can drag VZW customer service into it and get that going.

Tweets and calls will not work. You have to get people at the top to feel pain. That means you pick a day (Mondays are horrible everywhere so a great day to ruin someone's Cheerios) and then you get as many people as possible to email the higher ups at the same time. I guarantee you that 500 or 100 emails in my inbox with the same subject line would get MY attention.

AT&T doesn't care.....they have a GSM monopoly and they didn't get it by listening to what customers want....they got it by buying out smaller carriers.....AT&T used to stand for American Telephone and Telegraph......but its migrated to a new meaning, since no one uses telegraph anymore, they had to change the name.....so now its been changed to Awful Terrible & Trashy

And now that T-Mobile and BlackBerry are parting ways, this just leaves AT&T more powerful in the enterprise space and less likely to give a damp about BlackBerry users.
