I have 2 exchange accounts on my Z10 and it seems to not sync immediatly.

Example: I set a new appointment in my outlook program in my exchange account. It will not appear in my phone for 10-15minutes in its calendar.

When I had my Windows 7.8 phone it would do it in only a couple seconds. The syncs were MUCH faster.

Anything I'm doing wrong. This is a big deal breaker for me.

Why is instant sync of calender entries a deal breaker? Do you often have to recheck what appointments you have coming up 15 minutes after you create them? Do you have the memory of a goldfish like me?

For the record you can update the setting as low as 5 minutes by going into Settings>Accounts>[account name for calendar] >Sync Time
