transferring WhatsApp chats to KeyOne?

I have to transfer out a Q10 user to a KeyOne.

Is it possible to transfer whatsapp chats over?

If so what are the steps?

At the link above it says to "back up to GoogleDrive".... anyone know I do that?

I go into whatsapp and can't find the "Back Up to Google Drive" option anywhere.
