When I have WiFi calling turned on MMS messages come in with a "Download Now" button. When I hit the button it goes away but the attachment doesn't download.

When I turn off WiFi calling the MMS thumbnail appears and everything operates as expected.

    Any thoughts?

I'm not sure what it is but I had that problem when I was on 10.1 MR release.

Maybe try to restart your HUB by swiping TO the CENTER of the screen FROM the TOP RIGHT corner 5 times.

I had that problem on 10.1 MR as well. And the solution was that the device didn't pick the APN settings, or something like that. I had to put the network specific details for it to work properly.

But with the wi-fi calling messing this up. I really have no idea.

I'd say double check the apn settings in mms settings. Confirm its the right ones for your network carrier.

    APN settings look right.

    Restarting HUB didn't help.

Won't send or receive MMS when on WiFi. Sends and receives fine on Cell.

Honestly, since you are with T mobile I would say contact them. It's probably some kind of routing or mms server address problem.

It's a problem. I'm having it too with tmo branded q10 - haven't checked my z10 yet but assume it'll be the same. MMS will send and come in once wifi calling is turned off... but that's not great. FWIW - you can't send MMS with it enabled also.

If you get a fix from tmo, can you please post it?

have you checked the text apn?
while in text messages, go to settings via the 3 dots
    go to text messages
tap on advanced (the two lines at bottom with a dot on each of them
Allow special characters -- make it on
    Service center Address: +12063130004
    check your MMSC URL: http://mms.msg.eng.t-mobile.com/mms/wapenc

Also once you do that, go to main settings on home screen,
    go to "about"
    for category select "Network"
push the three dots on bottom of screen to pull a side menu
    press "register blackberry"

I won't have landline available for the 2 hours it could take with tmo until possibly thursday.

Did you have a leak installed prior to updating? I didn't.

Thx! You had a leak installed prior? We're talking wifi calling enabled, not on wifi itself. No problem with calling enabled?

    Very odd.

    I just tested my z10.

    Here's my update:

z10 & q10 a month or two old. Both delivered with OS 10.1.0.4780. I didn't upgrade either until last week and did both OTA. So no leaks installed on mine.

The z10 is all good, can send and receive MMS with wifi calling enabled, but it won't work on q10, when wifi calling is enabled - no outgoing or incoming until wifi calling is turned off..

MMS settings and all others are exactly the same on both devices.

Differences, whether or not they apply:

    - Upon upgrading q10 sim was installed but I had turned off radio and wifi calling was not enabled. (hate when my phone rings upon updating)

    - Upon upgrading z10 no sim was installed, radio was on but picking up nothing due to lack of sim, and I did not notice if wifi calling was enabled (wasn't concerned I'd get a call while updating it because sim wasn't installed).

I don't know if those differences had anything to do with the outcome - z10 working, q10 not.

If I find out more after calling tmo on Thursday, I'll post it. If not, I might wipe the q10 as the new radio has bad reception for me.. NYC metro and Long Island... unless I'm in solid LTE. So I'll upgrade again, leaving the old radio (1.0.4781 which worked great or onto the 2.01.1056, if the 1 version doesn't work with this new 2 OS) - But it'll have to wait until the weekend or later.

FWIW - I don't think your leaks are the problem. I didn't install any, and still have a problem on one of my phones. On the other hand, did you turn off your radio/cell reception and/or wifi calling during your most recent update?

If they come through, even if it takes a while, you don't have the same problem. Ours don't show up at all or send until we tick off wifi calling.

I called. Tmo knows nothing. I might start my q10 from scratch next week and see what happens. If that doesn't help I will call BlackBerry.

I am on AT&T and was having the same problem on 10.2.1.2141 (the leak before the official t-mobile update for all phones). I went to settings, network, and then clicked on AT&T and turned data when roaming on. That seemed to fix it. But I don't get many mms messages lately, and have only done that about 3 days ago, so I'm still in the process of testing it. But it's an idea and I'd like to know if this fixed it for anyone else or anything that anyone has found to work.
