    Ever notice how your desktop browser will auto launch audio and video embedded in Web pages? Most mobile browsers aren't that advanced to do that, but the BlackBerry browser is. I went to one page and noticed that a video started playing that was out of my viewing pane.

    I can see this being an issue if I didn't have my volume up to catch it. I can envision some poor guy on a news site and not knowing a video has been streaming for the past hour. We need the option to disable auto media launch in Web pages.

    The browser in Jelly Bean will auto launch video/audio as well. Perhaps one of our members has a suggestion that would help you with this. And perhaps that is an issue that could be affecting battery life.
