I've been using 1016 on my Verizon Q10 since a day or two after it was leaked. My ONLY complaint is ring tone volumes are low, everything else works like a charm, and the 5 icons per line going across the screen (compared to 4 on 10.2) makes organizing things much simpler. All my go-to apps are on the desktop now.

Seriously? There's several threads and dozens of posts regarding Flash.

Bottom line: Flash is gone.....probably never to return.

That's too bad too. I use flash often while traveling and picking seats for my flights. It has been nice having Flash.

Adobe abandoned mobile flash development and support a while back.

Not having flash hasn't been too much of a burden. Html5 is pretty capable of damn near anything at this time.

I mean for the design. In my opinion the 10.3 is designed for the big screen when the flat design look great.

I don't know what's wrong, but "Battery Saving" is not working on my Q10 with 10.3.1.1016 . If I use the device on 3G the battery discharges after 10-12 hours (5-7% per hour even it not used). On wi-fi battery life rises greatly up to 48 hours. The same issue was on 10.2.1.
Previously I used 10.3.0.xxx. Battery life on 3G was up to 3x better. I don't understand what's wrong.

E reason to hesitate, as I discovered too late, is that visual Voicemail, one of my key features, doesn't work!

Agreed, me too, now missing in more ways than one... takes some getting used to, but definitely is missed for a lot of my day-to-day :-(

Was running 1016 for a couple of weeks, but then experienced major functional issues with Contacts, after research reverted back to 938... Loving 10.3.1 series BIG TIME !!
