For years I have been upgrading to the latest BlackBerry device. But with OS 10, I am not sure that I will upgrade to a Z10 or a Q10. (Perhaps a Samsung Galaxy?)

Why? BlackBerry has left behind several features in OS 10 that were an integral part of the BlackBerry experience such as:

• composing PIN messages,
• BlackBerry Internet Service (BIS), and
• Synchronizing organizer data with a personal computer via USB and/or Wi-Fi.

Can you think of other features that BlackBerry left behind?

I guess the big one being having to pay for BIS data plans - the biggest problem I've seen over the years is people asking why their phone will not work when they haven't got a BIS data plan or how to get around having to pay for a BIS data plan.
