    D Crystal is right. The BBVE app is the best way to verify hardware problems. It seems to me that your volume is at zero or muted and for some reason you can't un-mute it. Sounds like a hardware issue to me.

    BBVE is free in BlackBerry World.

    I've seen this personally. Chances are your microphone is broken. Try using speakerphone on your next call and see if your contact can hear you, if they do the problem is with your microphone. I tried fixing mine (Z10) but was unsuccessful.

    I've tried it with earphone to my another phone I can hear everything maybe my microphone is broken as you've said, but what about my loudspeaker I can't hear music or if I call and putting out speaker I can't hear outlets

    Maybe you are connected to a Bluetooth hands free calling device or something like that. Turn off Bluetooth and reboot then try.
    My Bluetooth stays on all the time in my vehicle so unless I disconnect the connection I don't hear anything...
