Like the title says:

Is there a way to disable alarm items from showing up in calendar?

I have two alarms set on my Z10 for in the early morning (hard to wake up). When I check my calendar the first thing I see for every week day is these alarm calendar items, and then my appointments/meetings etc. But I miss an option to disable showing alarm items in calendar.

Currently we can't prevent alarms from showing in the calendar. It's one of my few grievances with BB10.

It's been posted as suggestion at BlackBerry's feedback site (https://blackberry.icanmakeitbetter.com/), so I'm hoping this becomes available in an update.

Thanks for your quick reply. I might go for a work around an use my watch for my alarm then.

Or, you could try using one of the Alarm Clock apps in BlackBerry World, it if bothers you too much.

Bumping to see if there are any updates? I too don't appreciate my daily alarm showing up in my calendar.
