Posted the 10.3.1 article on VZW FB page and asked why hasn't this been released yet. All press releases clearly state that this based on carrier approval so they can't blame Blackberry. I asked why Apple's OS updates can manage to come out same day globally, but for some reason, Blackberry's can't. Why is this?


Got a response from both Veronica and Lindsey, but both amount to the fact they don't have any info. I don't blame customer service on this. Anyone who's worked in the real world knows that cust service will know when IT gets to it, which basically tells us what VZW thinks of Blackberry.

Verizon as usual is playing with BB customers. We always have to do a social media blitz before we get updates. Always. Happened with 10.2 on Z10 as well. Games. BB isn't popular so Big Red isn't pressed.

Those are canned responses, got the identical words from them on Twitter. They have no idea when 10.3.1 will be pushed anymore than we do.

As far as I'm concerned it could be anytime and quite sure they won't be announcing it before they do.
