    Hey everyone

Right now I need to pull from the top, click on Settings -> Network Connections -> Mobile network -> Data services in order to turn them off. Is there a faster way to do this? Does BB10 allow you to tweak the pull-down? For instance, I'd rather much have a data services on/off button instead of Bluetooth. I'm on a limited data plan and like turning off data when I'm not using it. It also saves battery.

PS: I checked the AppWorld but there doesn't seem to be anything like this available.

    -_- cmon really?

Anyway, do wish there was really a on/off option when you swipe from the top. I toggle my data service frequently and it's 'long' to go through settings

Those icons aren't on your Homepage. Are they? They are in your app tray, yes?

There is also a Built-for-BlackBerry app called "Shortcut Creator", which is what I usr. It also has built-in Setting shortcuts that work really well. You may want to try it out. It is very dependable.

Stumbled over this post... Thanks for this. I am still waiting for BB to give us the option to change the quick settings menu but in the meantime this works great.

Airplane Mode isn't an option, since it turns off the radio.

Agree Data Service should be in the dropdown. There's certainly room for it.

Fastest way: type "data" followed by a space on the homescreen and hit Enter. If you have a Z10 or Z30 you'll have to click the Search icon first.

On the Q's, pressing Alt+Enter will open your list of recently searched items. Data should be on the top.

It is on a folder named SC on the app tray or homepage or whatever :P, I didn't know what to call that so I just named it as homepage.
Check the folder, which is the last icon on this page!

That doesnt seem faster to me. I find it easier just clicking on an icon on the homepage than typing on it (and I have a Q10). Also, when I type in "data", BlackBerry balance opens, not the mobile network settings. Need to type in "data s" for that to open.

Not saying that's a huge change, just that it's easier to just click on an icon

If you don't have Balance setup and are not using a 10.2 leak then what I said works.

OK, but that just brings up "Mobile Network", into which you need to go then turn off Data. So it maybe saves a step, but not a meaningful time saver. A "Data" toggle on the drop down quick menu would be pimp.

Quite pimp. Since 10.2.1 is still in the proverbial merge window phase, here's hoping someone gets around to a customizable drop-down.
