I have the BlackBerry version of the TD ap which works perfectly fine but as of yet it hasn't got the mobile payment option. So I downloaded the Snap version of the TD bank ap which does have the mobile payment option but when I click on it, it tells me I do not have an NFC enabled Sim card. So I went to the Bell store and they gave me an NFC enabled card but it still won't work and with the same error message. Anyone know if this feature works on the Snap version of TD?

What OS are y running? NFC support for Android Apps was introduced in 10.3. So if you you are running latest official for Z10 for example (10.2.1) then you'll have to either install a leak or wait for 10.3.1...

That does not mean it will work though, NFC payment has some extra security checks that work with the SIM that may not be available, but the only way to know is to try I guess...

Unfortunately, even an NFC - Enabled Sim Card does not allow us to use the NFC Paying feature in the Android TD App. The application checks your phone's model, if it isn't one of the ones listed, you will not get to use the NFC part of the TD Mobile Android App (just as with Blend and the BlackBerry Passport exclusively).

Just a hunch though, but I've been dying to use NFC on my Z30 to pay with TD. Still patiently waiting.

OP, try what the above poster suggests before giving up.

Yea, I am running the official 10.2 version on my Z10 maybe that explains why it won't work. I contacted TD bank and complained that their BlackBerry version of the TD ap is poorly lacking compared to the Android version and they said they were possibly updating it shortly so as to allow for mobile payments. I am hoping when 10.3.1 comes out their ap will will be updated shortly after.

I don't know why anyone would want or actually use mobile deposits, unless you like waiting 5 business days to get your money .........just because the banks allow you to deposit this way it doesn't mean you should
