I don't know what they are waiting for. We did not see 10.2.0 at all and now 10.2.1 is not in the horizon. I love my BB, having one since 2009, but this update/carrier issue is ridiculous!

I totally understand your pain. I have suffered with VZW too. Keep hammering them.
I've been on AT&T for years too, I feel your pain. As to what they are waiting for, you to switch to an iPhone. They've proven they don't care about Blackberry at all. Even when the Z10 debuted I was told by AT&T that they had no information about it and didn't know if they would be getting it. When I called the store I got "Blackberry is going out of business, you don't want one of those, you should consider an iPhone." :cant-watch:
This is why I used this amazing site to simply update my phone on my own. I'm currently running 10.2.1.2234 without any issues.
Verizon got their update. Z10 owners in fact received two 10.2.1 updates.

Just put the latest leak on my unlocked Z30. Running like a charm on ATT. Sticking with them for best area service. Been loading leak OS for years.
Via CB10. Bits, C000C6078 for links to science and technology posts and world news.
I update everyone I know with the following method.
Unlock phone (yes, I have unlocked 5 phones by paying them to get unlocked.)
Turn off mobile signal
Put in alternative simple: rogers, o2, t-mobile, etc. Whomever has the latest os.
Get update.
Install update
Reboot phone with att sim
Remove extra apps:
You got an updated phone, non destructive.

My sources say they are fixing an issue where the mute key would not actually mute the call. That could make some business deals where muting the call so things could be discussed in what you thought was private become a little awkward when the other side heard what you said.

Any word on release though?

MOTM - you in Dallas? OS work for AT&T done there?
Posted via CB10
I am not in Dallas. I have no idea where work on the OS is done. Don't have a time table though I was told soon. We have heard that before though.
I noticed the 'Boys' star and was attempting some inter Web forensic analysis.

And I'm on att. I have an unlocked one from blackberry itself.

Lucky you. I still haven't received an update, and my 10.1 is starting to get buggy/crashing/email errors.
10.3 is coming soon, and still no 10.2 from AT&T? Lame...
I'd do Sachesi, but I am not sure what to put in the fields for the carrier code. What about radio codes? I dont want to screw up my Q10. I want to get a version that is not buggy... (AT&T Q10 in USA)
Use an autoloader. Back your phone up because the autoloader will wipe it clean. I like readding things manually than doing a device swap but that's up to you.

Then Snap Installer

I got sick of waiting for AT&T to bring us the update so I went with the Vodafone UK version of 10.2.1.2102 using Sachesi. It was so simple and I didn't have to do a thing to any of my settings, folders or apps afterward. I **highly** recommend it. It's worth the hour it takes to install.

Do you realize that using the Sachesi program, you can download any carrier's current OS and then load that onto the phone (simulating an OTA update) and you don't have to spend a penny and can do it any time you want?
No need to unlock... no need to buy some other carrier sim.
I don't understand this need to spend the money to unlock the phone just to spend more money and wait on another carrier's sim in the mail. I know the cost isn't much, but it's totally unnecessary.
I've done several OS updates on my Z10, using both the autoloader and the Sachesi methods - AT&T locked and with sim installed. No problems. Running 10.2.1.2228 right now.

I don't think any of matters as long as it is for the correct version for your phone. But I always go with Rodgers in Canada, have never had a problem with any of their OS release going back to bbos days.

It doesn't matter in the end. Some people are going to be more comfortable updating with different methods. He is much better off than those who are only comfortable updating using their official carrier OTA.

Here are a couple of OS options and codes to enter using Sachesi. You will need to look and see what SQN 100 version of your Q10 you have and use that option in the "Variant" drop down menu of Sachesi
Here's the one I'm running from Vodafone:
Country code 234
Carrier code 015
Will load OS 10.2.1.2102 (I have AT&T and this one runs beautifully on my Z10)
Also another option is from Rogers
Country code 310
Carrier code 360
Will load OS 10.2.1.2228 (I can't give you first hand info on this one)
BBLINK IS SHOWING THAT IT'S AVAILABLE FOR MY Q10 ATT OMG. Crap now i need to figure out how to sideload the apps i had earlier.
Yeap 10.2.1 is out for AT&T

Instaling now :) showed up on Link.
Q10 \m/
Same here!
Showing up in Link - ATT Q10
Downloading 10.2.1.2179 right now from AT&T for my Z10
I did a "check updates" and got the familiar old "you have the latest software" then immediately afterwards got a notification that 10.2.1.2179 was available. :)
