Thanks for the clarification... I am tired of playing around with my Z10's and nothing so far installed the Wi-Fi Calling app. I am now trying Sachesi and a brand new unlocked STL100-2

ikyper, if I understand correctly, the app files don't differ between the Q10 and the Z10. My wtg .bar file for the Q10 was 35K and you should still be able to grab it by putting in the Q10 Sachesi codes, if you haven't done so already.

Great OS I upgraded my ATT stl-3 and my wife's unlocked stl-3 to the 2228. She got the new software and radio but mine remained at 2102 for software and 2142 for radio.Which phone is better off?

I give up... now I have the correct 10.2.1, and WiFiCalling app but it shows as "disabled" and no matter what I am not able to activate it. Next step I guess, is to call T-Mobile..

Yes, it appears the files were pulled last night, for the Z10 only. But... if you go back to post #481 in this thread, another Z10 owner who downloaded all the files before they got pulled, kindly uploaded them and provided a link and instructions for getting them and installing with Sachesi.

I think T-Mobile pulled the Z10 update. Sachesi does not find it anymore and my office Z10 is not reporting the update when I do a manual update search. I did download the files before on another laptop for my Z30. I kept the radio for the Z10 handy so I created another folder and I will update via sachesi. Something must have happened for them to pull the update. Maybe too many wifi calling issues.

I think the problem is that your phone is a Verizon-branded phone. But yes, you should call TMobile if they are your carrier on that phone. No guarantees though - Verizon phones, from what I've read on several threads, don't support Wifi Calling, but maybe TMobile can help you out.

Yes - go back to post #481 in this thread, where another CB user kindly provided a link to the files you need. (TMobile has apparently pulled them for the Z10 - we don't officially know why yet.)

Using Sachesi for the STL1003 I get message "Success. No updates were available." Any recommendations on how to fix?

I used Sachesi for two Z10 phones and it worked great. Much easier than the way I loaded the last 100 or more updates over the years... reloading my backup and then reentering all my passwords!
