US TMO Z10 here. When I did the update it went fine but when I went to BB World and did an app update one of the things I saw there was a Blackberry Android Runtime. Sadly of all the apps to update that one did not. It crapped out. Now when I try to find it again to retry I saw nothing.

Has anyone seen this and have any idea of how to fix it?
Sideload the latest android runtime bar file that was previously posted in this thread.

Enter the proper search settings. It should show the OS version found. Then hit dowoaded all. It creates a folder named 10.2.1.2156 wherever the Sachesi file is located.
i have downloaded it 3 times without success... no folder, no file, nothing wherever the sachesi file is located. I'm stuck. I don't want to use autoloader.

I'm confused. I have an unlocked q10 SQN100-1. I downloaded and installed (successfully) via sachesi (Country: 310 Carrier: 160 Device: Q10
Variant: SQN 100-5) , Great so far so good... Wrong.. I still cannot get WIFI calling to work. I'm a T-mobile USA customer with a e911 address on file yet the app still states that Wifi calling is disabled.

I restored & downgraded the device and tried to perform an OTA update but to my surprise no update was found. At this point I'm so confused. any help would be greatly appreciated as Wifi calling is important to me for work.

    thx

    Hello All!

Last week I got my first BB ever (Unlocked Z30 STA100-2 using a T-Mobile Netherlands SIM). I already updated it once but to 10.2.1.2141 (Radio 10.2.1.2142) Now I would like to update to this version (best if I don't have to wipe the thing). What would be the best approach in this case?

    Thanks!

Q10 radio file is common for all SQN100-x models, I suppose.

    OS

    Q10, Z10 (excluding STL100-1), and Z30

    http://cdn.fs.sl.blackberry.com/fs/q...-v7+signed.bar

    Z10 (STL100-1)

    http://cdn.fs.sl.blackberry.com/fs/q...-v7+signed.bar
Here I was thinking that I understood most of the techie options for upgrading my Z10, but I admit that I need some help here !!
What tool or utility would I use to install the update using these bar files ??? Up to now I know of the Autoloader method and Sachesi methods, is this simply a variation of one of these ?? A little advanced guidance would be appreciated please!!

Hi Pdinos3. Thank you for your response. I have read the post as you indicated. I think this is what I get out of it:

    1. Download With Sachesi: 310 | 160 | Z10 | STL100-3
    2. Load with Sachesi the files who's version has changed (listed at the beginning of this post) except the Radio file.
    3. Load with those files, the Radio file corresponding to the Z30 as stated in a post in this same thread (qc8960.wtr5-10.2.1.2229-nto+armle-V7+signed.bar)

    Is this correct?

    Thank you again!

There are also step by step instructions on how to get and use sachesi. I'm an autoloader guy. Like a clean fresh install. But there are many posts in this thread that will help. Take your time, read, before jumping in.

Thank you. I saw the Autoloader but I don't have a Windows PC to run it from. I will keep on reading. Cheers

Then go with sachesi. Just make sure you follow the steps and everything should go fine.

    Thanks a lot!

    Hello all,
After 3 weeks, the OS 10.2.1.2141 used to have, this morning, I downloaded the new OS 10.2.1.2228 through Sachesi. I immediately installed the complete folder. For the first time I have sachesi method used to install on my Z10 STL 2. This is because I did not want to install. Android apps I use again
Everything works perfectly here. So thanks for all the support here on the forums.

I'm confused. Used Sachesi to extract the bars from Z30 autoloader and it installed them but I'm still on Z30STA100-5/10.2.1.2141? Am I missing something here? It updated the bars but not the OS?

Do anyone else have this issue?
