The device I just received yesterday won't update to 10.3 for T-Mobile Netherlands. It keeps saying the installed version is current. After scouring the net I can't see a particular reason why it would do that and plenty others upgraded without problems.
Any ideas why this would be and how I can fix it?
There are several options.
1. Put your phone in airplane mode and then connect the same thru your laptop or desktop using Blackberry Link and within the software there is an option of software upgrade.
2. Download autoloader or Blitz update filesfrom links provided within the Crackberry community.
Hope this might help you to upgrade your Z10 to 10.3

Both solutions require a PC as far as I can tell. Bad luck for me that I already live in the post PC world, meaning that an iPad Air and my Z10 are my only computing devices.
I'll see if I can borrow my work laptop for this.
T-Mobile Netherlands here.
The latest software update for the passport is 10.3.1.1779
But I guess the z10 will have the same update available (can't test since my z10 has 10.3.2 leak)

Ok, I just tried an auto-loader directly from the BB developer site and it updated to 10.3.1.631 BUT, it did not quite work as intended as the following things did not work:
- Memory Card would not be recognized
- Contact syncing (w GApps) would become spotty
- some apps would go missing (Pictures, File Manager, Music)
- you wouldn't be able to change the background
And that's only the stuff I noticed the day of usage before I went restoring back to the original version.
So with this I am back at the start, with a device on 10.2.1 that just won't update.
I tried to look up another 10.3 autoloader for the 100-3 that I got in the forums, but I could not find a working download link.
If it helps: the device apparently was originally branded for the Brazilian Telcel network, as it keeps reverting to Brazilian portuguese when I reset it and then shows a Telcel logo screen.
Help?
There is still no official update in Europe yet... it wil come.. keep patience.. ( from the Netherlands)

Hi there Mausje, in the T-Mobile NL forum it is said that 10.3.1 was rolled out two months ago.
