    Hi Guys,

How do I configure my Q10 to synchronize all of my emails? Currently I set it to sync for the last 7 days, and that was provided while adding a new email account.

    Thanks.

    Welcome to the forums!

When you're adding an account, you can hit advanced and change the setting to Forever. That would make your Q10 go and grab everything your Gmail account has (provided Gmail's settings allow for all your inbox to be downloaded - you may need to go online and make sure).

That said, you'd have to remove the gmail account from the device and add it again. But I advise against it. You'll waste a lot of memory and make your device run slow.

    A differing opinion here...
Syncing "everything" has different results for different users. For my wife, it's about 1,000 email messages. For me, it's over 10,000.
I keep all media, documents, etc. on my mSD card, so the after syncing the 10,000+ email messages plus my apps, I still have over 9 GB free space on my device. And, there's no appreciable difference in performance. I'd been waiting a long time for the true 2-way sync and to have all my email with me at all times. A happy camper here!

Each to his/her own needs, if you will.

Check out Email for Google Gmail (NFC - HUB Connected BBM-Enabled) in BlackBerry World. You might like it.
It has lots of handy feature including Advance Search (Search in all emails since beginning of time!), Quick Event, and gives you quick access to 5 Gmail accounts, Google Apps, Yahoo and Hotmail/Outlook.
You can find the app here: BlackBerry World - Email for Google Gmail (NFC - HUB Connected BBM-Enabled)
