The first thing I noticed is the Device Monitor app is gone and the Facebook app is completely neutered and no longer appears in hub and contacts gone.

Was there ever an app for device monitor?

Factory Unlocked Passport SE user on T-Mobile Network in USA using model # SQW100-4 (international version). Still no official OTA update! I've hit refresh and rebooted the phone a number of times. Even took out the SIM card and check on WIFI only. No update and i'm gettin frustrated. Any idea why since other T-Mobile users have gotten it.

    Sachesi and Blitz.

I've never used Blitz. It's supposed to be easier than Sachesi because you just run a monolithic file. (But since some 3rd-party puts those together I prefer to run the stuff that comes directly from BlackBerry)

    Basic steps for Sachesi:

    1. Get modern version of Sachesi (I am using 2.02, not sure if it's latest)
    2. Download Core OS specific for your device (eg Z10/Q10/Z30/Leap/Passport/etc)
    3. Download radio specific for your device and carrier
    4. Download either the "Debrick" OS file or a bundle of all apps put together by a user (I do the former)
    5. If you downloaded the Debrick, SPLIT it in Sachesi into a signed file, then EXTRACT all the app BAR files from the signed file.
    6. Put all the app BAR files except for wallpaper* and BBM* into folder 1
    7. Put the wallpaper* and BBM* app BAR files into folder 2
    8. Put the Core OS and radio files into folder 2
    9. Connect your device to computer, launch Sachesi - if Sachesi shows your list of installed apps, then it's linked
    10. Use "Install folder" to install folder 1 as prepared in step 6 (this will take a long time, there are ~242 apps to install)
    11. Only if step 10 completes without errors, use "Install folder" to install folder 2 (device will restart once this completes)
    12. If you get any errors, come back here and post them.
Thanks for manual. But why need to separate installation files into folder 1 and 2?

Because the wallpaper bar file usually cause problems for most people when they are updating via sachesi

But now I have opportunity to seek ur feedback

One straight question, should I upgrade my 10 to 10.3.3

OK , is there any disadvantage with 10.3.3?

There are plenty of threads, so I could not read them to extract the right info

    Any difference with battery life?

Hi, I use blitz all the time now and it's awesome. You don't need to use all the step that OMNITECH has. I use Sashesi 2.02 as 2.03 has been a pain to get working on my Windows laptops Win10 or Win7 but hey 2.02 works. All you have to do is connect your device with USB, launch Sashesi, wait for everything to sync up, go to the Install tab, see all of your device files then take your freshly downloaded Blitz file posted in the autoloaders blitz post and drop it on the the Install. Done, easy peasy. It will take some time to unzip and then apply the files, typically by default installs only the newest. I used the lastest blitz file and all is now up to date. No issues so far but needs time to settle.

The W shortcut to open the tab page doesn't work the same anymore. Now it opens a new tab
    Q opens the tab page.

Yep FB is totally neutralized now. I tried to use the older bar files that worked before but now toast. Face10 is my solution for now to get notifications and to share. Had to reinstall my Instagram Android app but that's working fine now too.

I used the Blitz file and worked perfectly. Everything else so far is looking normal. I'm hoping to see an improvement on the radio files and no more phone lag when answering. Still to be tested.
