    I was able to not only set what quick settings are in my pull down, and the order, but on my old z10, if I remember correctly, I could customize what tapping an icon would do...

    Example :

    Tap notifications, and it goes from on to silent.

    I used to be able to tap it and make it to vibrate not silent.

    I can't for the life of me, remember how I did that.

    Anyone?

    Go into notifications settings and select vibrate,then again change it to normal,now try the quick settings

    I think it works on your last toggle. Toggle it to normal, then vibrate, and then back to normal in the settings app. Then the tap will mimic your toggle.
