I apologize if this has been asked, but it seems that I can't update my Q10 past 10.1.0.4200. I've looked all over for a solution but I haven't been able to find anything. I've tried using both BlackBerry Link and I've checked for updates through my phone. I've been waiting for 10.2 for a long time now and now that 10.2.1 is out I'm starting to think something may be wrong. Please help!

Thanks guys, it worked! But after updating, I noticed that I can't make or receive phone calls anymore, or use BBM or group text messages. Anybody know how to fix this? When I look at my phone info, instead of showing my phone number, it says "Unknown Number".

All right... go ahead and wipe the phone once again. This should fix it. I had the same issue so a wipe did the trick for me.
