Has anyone else encountered this? Access storage using is extremely slow.

Or maybe it's just stuck and not doing anything. I have rebooted the phone and my computer.

    I'm on 10.3.2.2134

Generally I get 1.5 Mb/s which is all I ever get out of my wifi.

Not exactly zippy but gets it done.

It's not just my passport but all my devices.

My network is good. It's the connection from my computer to phone that sucks.

    I have a Z10.

Anyone else on the forum noticed this? Or have any advice?

Yes it's relatively slow. Always has been, especially when compared to USB Mass Storage speeds. Don't know why it's like that or if BlackBerry has any intention of improving it if they can. Blend performance over wifi has improved though.

Blend is wicked fast. If I found the person that thought about blend. ... I'd kiss them!!

But copy over WiFi sucks. There are quite a few situations that I don't have a cable handy and need to use WiFi.

This also harms BlackBerry 's reputation. It's an amazing feature if they can get it to work properly.

It has nothing to do with BlackBerry. That's wifi transfer.

You might be savy enough to understand that but not many people who just buy a phone to use would and thus in their minds they are left with a bad impression, especially when they compare it to the transfer speeds of the Note 2 (could be 3) and up which uses USB 3. Then they think that BlackBerry is slower than Samsung.
