ATT will only push this out for Z10 STL100-3 and Q10 SQN100-1, by the way. So no sense waiting for a Z30 update.

I'm using an AT&T sim card from my Z10 on my Z30.

No difference. The update server sees a Z30 on AT&T asking for an update; since AT&T doesn't sell the Z30, there won't be any update.

I've gotten software updates in the past on my Z30. Are they just not from AT&T? Many people in the forums told me I would get the updates on my Z30.

Which version are you on now? And did you buy your Z30 from Shop BlackBerry?

What about T-Mobile updates. They don't sell BlackBerry anymore, but have sent out OS updates. Is this different now?

For what it's worth, I just got notification of the update for my Z10 today. Denver, Colorado, USA. AT&T.

Yes, I bought it on Shop BlackBerry.

That's why, your device gets updated from BlackBerry. ATT never ever pushed out 10.2.1.2977.

Thank you for letting me know. Is that a good thing that I get my software updates directly from BlackBerry? Does this mean I will be one of the first to get the 10.3 software update?

More than likely
STL-4. 10.3.0.1130
It's always a good thing to get an update directly from the company. I wish all devices got them directly from BlackBerry.

I called t-mobile able that. I still owe money on my z10 and they just unlocked it for me. Still can't get updates without sachesi though. I was told that BlackBerry is the one that ended the relationship and since BlackBerry won't be giving t-mobile the os updates, t-mobile can't give them to customers. T-Mobile support for BlackBerry means trade in your BlackBerry for an android. Bummer

T-MOBILE ended the relationship by putting BlackBerry devices down. BlackBerry did the right thing.
