So i've downloaded blackberry blend and transferred the majority of my pictures to my laptop. I've deleted pretty everythg off the phone, Evernote, Facebook, Twitter, Whatsapp, and still i have no room. the last time i attempted to download the new system i got 96% done before it cut out. I've looked the storage space and funnily enough the majority of the space is taken up by the system itself.
Is there a way around this???
    please please help!

You should have 1,2 GB of free phone memory (storage) and the device charging while you install.
My Q10 stopped when I started the download so I read that message. I deleted all android apps and my download folder, aswell as the fun videos I got from what'sApp to get the space I needed.
