Just found that WhatsApp 2.20.207.20 recently available at whatsapp.com/android fails on BB10, meaning that the latest available working version is 2.20.207.19.
Also just found Ghost Commander 1.60 fails - making 1.57.2 the latest available working version for BB10.
A recent post under Z10 recommended Firefox 66.0.2015613553 Beta as the latest and best. Actually I find 68.10.1 (and not a Beta) works just fine.
Other "final" versions (I believe - I have kept trying over the years) are
Audible 2.40 (2.60 works but with unwelcome restrictions on sharing books with others)
    Google Maps 9.64.1.964100124
    Kindle 7.8.1.5
    Netflix 3.16.0.5294
    Skype 8.15.0.419
SwiFTP 1.24 (a great alternative to connecting via USB cable, seriously problematic - though solvable - under W10)
    I've got a couple of others - RadioPlayer 3.10.306.10 and RideWithGPS 1.8.4.
Any other "This Is The Last Word" additions very welcome!
PS And here we are at the start of 2021, one year after forecast "Armageddon", and BB World, BB ID, BB Protect, .., all going strong. (2020 was just a different Armageddon. Stay safe.)

WhatsApp supposedly only needs Android 4.0.3 but requires SIM in phone if that matters

    Thanks for follow-ups.
Comment on Skype: it installs, comes up with "Google Play Services" nag which I ignore (but could filter out using Cobalt I guess) and accepts my login. But so far I have been unable to make phone calls, let alone video calls. So maybe that version fails. And if you go back not very far at all, you get to unusable versions that don't know about Microsoft's ownership.
If anybody can offer confirmed Skype usage on BB10 that would be great.

Also, there is no problem with latest WhatsApp.

I can confirm WhatsApp works perfectly. Tried with sim on and latest version taken from official site.

    Agreed: WhatsApp 2.21.1.2 works fine.
BUT I find the recommended Skype 7.46.0.596 does not recognise my Microsoft id or phone number. I'm guessing this version predates Microsoft's ownership? Is your experience different? Any suggestions for a later version which knows about MS - but not so late that it won't install (or fails after installation) on BB10?
I tried Skype on the Web but this seems only to act as a meeting host - and not as a vehicle for calls / SMS which is what I'm mainly interested in.
