Change 10.3 OS to version that matches what is installed, in this case 10.2.2.1531.
Not guaranteed, but worked for me in the past.

Thank you. Time to tinker with my wife's Z10 (I don't want to give up 10.3 on my Z30). On last update I bought flowers for my wife since she does not like me messing with her phone. This time I have to think of something different. =0)

I think it's just 10.2.1 with some extra security stuff bolted on to please the Germans. Everything else should be identical to 10.2.1.bignum.

Not "active frames" but runs more than 8 "headless Apps", so Apps that Autostart when rebooted, run in the background and interact with the OS. Like HUB++, Wallpaper changer, Battery alarming App, LED changer, GPS/Location apps (there are many)
Active frames, are only Apps you start and keep open, as soon as you quit the App for real, it closes for real and does not run in the background.
