That has to do with your font size. My font size is set to the default: 8. No need to scroll when it's set to the default, 8. I noticed what you're describing when I tried a larger font size (9). Then it became necessary to scroll down to see all of it because there's more text on the screen with the additional delete option.

My font is set to 9 so the Delete from hub and server option is initially hidden. But if the delete from hub only is not selected, then I know the other one is and I just tap Delete without having to scroll.
