    For no reason that I can find, I can not no longer turn the Sound on in Notifications. The option is there but it is off and is "grayed out". No amount of finger swiping will get it to turn on. My only options that work are Vibrate Only and Silent. Anyone have a solution...?

    So under notifications you chose the NORMAL profile? and you can't toggle the sound?

    Unfortunately, "Normal" is not displayed as a choice. Under "Mode", I can choose "Vibrate Only", "Silent", and "All Alerts Off"... Any suggestions and thanks for the help...
