I just got the same issue today....in the end had to hard reset and then when switched back on, switched off the bluetooth. And I can confirm, issue was not just through quick settings, also through normal settings option, it was acting same weird....

running OS-10.3.2.2876 since beginning of December without problems at all, actually right the opposite of having issues with this build, everything radio related working much better than from .2813 and such, much better WiFi, VPN, Bluetooth and way better reception for the carrier.
Big improvements all the way.
Talking about Bluetooth... well got three BT devices connected all day without any interruptions, using a BT keyboard, BT mouse and BT headset connected at the same time, was surprised that three connections at ones would work, so looks perfect to me.

maybe... but this so called Bug by the OP would have been addressed weeks ago even before the final update was send out by carriers.
Very often with this sort of single statements like the Update has a Bug does not tell anything, most of the time this sort of Bug-reports are coming from folks that got some setup problems and think it's a Bug, but a Bug can be reproduced by others too.

To the OP, try to make a "soft reset" press the volume up/down key until the device coming up again, that will most likely solve most problems clearing the cache.

op here, bluetooth is working again for me. all it took was a soft reboot, but i might try the volume key reset as i didn't realize it cleared the cache (i understand this to be a "hard" reboot rather than soft, ie a faux-battery pull). i've been using BB10 since release, and just updated to the newest release on my Passport and sideloaded the Android runtime. this is the first such bluetooth bug i've experienced since 2013.

Yaaap...hard reset (volume keys) solves this issue. I did it and thats how I managed to switch off my bluetooth.dint try it after that, so dont know it solves permanently or not.. But since this issue is there for 2 of us, and donno who all has but dint report or dint use bluetooth yet, makes it clear that such issue exists. For a clearer info, I reloaded my os through BlackBerry link without any restore. I faces some other issues other than bluetooth too..slow sometimes....hub not responding, some pages showin half od other content and so on...I am clearly waiting for the next update...

i'm glad there's someone who has seen the same issue. hopefully it'll be fixed in 10.4 or sooner. kind of a bungled update, can't believe it.

i should reiterate that a soft restart fixed the issue as well

I dont think u have to wait till 10.4...it seems there is another version supposedly 10.3.2.2789 coming out soon or atleast being worked upon with bug fixes for 10.3.2.2786...or it can also be 10.3.3 in march...lets c anyways

I have a classic and it keeps on saying 'SIM not detected' particularly after unlocking the phone from picture password and sometimes when I am using the phone it switches back to to lock screen (but it isn't locked) and then it detects the sim card. Pretty annoying! Has anyone else had this problem?

It's actually the other way around. The fact that this hasn't been an issue for most means that the OP is the unlucky one and many are not experiencing any such issue.

Also, trying typing in proper English if you want to be taken seriously. If not, expect many to just treat you exactly how you type; broken.
