After I updated my Z10 to 10.2.1, I noticed that the reply now stopped working. Toggling the on and off switch for the Reply Now in the phone settings didn't work. Anyway, I managed to fix it, and I am just sharing the solution if anyone needs it.

To fix the issue, you need to unlink the bbm contact in the contacts app. Afterwards, relink the bbm contact and the reply now feature for that bbm contact works. That's what worked for me at least. I hope that I have helped anyone that happens to find this thread.
