    I have an unlocked Z10 I bought from shop blackberry I have been checking for my software update but my phone says I can only check once every 24 hours? I used to be able to just refresh and check again is there any way to fix this? Thank you

    Maybe try restarting device? If that doesnt work then try security wiping

    Blame your carrier I guess, they are the ones setting that limit up.
