On att in the US. Updated using Rodgers 10.2.1. Since the update, my software update button is grayed out and says I can only check for updates once every 24 hours. I searched and didn't find much on this. Has anyone figured out this issue or is this now the new normal?

Sorry if this has been covered already. Didn't see much on it. Is there a way around this?

It's nothing to be concerned with, carriers just don't want you pesting their servers too often.

Thanks. Appreciate the welcome. This is a great source for learning bb10. This one just had me stumped. I thought maybe since I installed Rodger version, I couldn't check att with this phone.

The servers are BlackBerry's servers, not carrier servers. The carriers merely approve the release of an OS to their people.

That being said this has been in 10.2.1 for a while and I believe is designed to keep people from overloading BlackBerry's servers as the other responded referenced.
