Before I go and try to update my wife's Z10 (that just started crapping with unresponsive keyboard) is there a list of Un-Downgradable OS's that we should avoid?
She is now at STL-100-3 (Z10) 10.3.1.1865 | OS: .2708| Radio: .2709 which was released by telus or bell (forgot which) so I sure hope this is a downgradable OS.

Before I downgrade, I was going to try 10.3.2, but I heard you can't downgrade from certain versions.
What is your suggestion? I don't mind autoloading the same version to give it a try.

She can't use her phone without keyboard.

OK, so I'm new to this....when I look at the autoloaders I see Complete, and Radio. Do I need to load both? If I do, does it matter which loads first?

    No, just Complete.

So you're saying that if lowering the off just to change, you will not despise changed again OTA?

Whose complaining about unresponsive keyboard doesn't know what they're talking about.

"Always double check the messenger then the message "

Do the update to 2876 with 2816 android runtime pach Conite has made.

IMO is the best BB10 experience I ever had . I get 0.1 battery usage on idle..

Most important things to remember to don't encounter issues like the wise guys of the unresponsive keyboard do

    Always do hard reset
    Always wipe /brick prior install
    Always use an autoloader
Always give the device 48/96 to settle down
Always do physical reboot, removing the battery for the first days following a few full cycle

Never do OTA ( unless they're the only available, course)
Try not to do a full restore from link but use only for games and some apps
Use offline sd restore app like premium back up.

    Enjoy the power

    2813.

Although there has been no need do this since February when BlackBerry issued a fix.

There's been no change in battery drain with any version of the Android Runtime.

Do you mean I can downgrade from 10.3.3 to 10.3.2 on my Z3 if I turn off the automatic update?

No. You can't go back once on 10.3.3.

I was given a Q10 sqn100-3 phone at work stuck at the loading screen, reloading the OS from link did not work, tried several autoloaders versions and the only one to revive the phone was SQN100-3.Q10.BB10_3_3.10.3.3.498

Now the phone is a "recycled" one meaning that it belonged to an old colleague that is no longer working here. The phone has anti-theft protection on and setup can not proceed.

Installing as older OS does not work and the phone freezes on the logo screen, only 10.3.3.498 works but i am stuck with the anti-theft protection as noone here knows the password used.

Is there anything i can do ? i was hoping to downgrade to version 10.1

There is nothing you can do if you don't have that password.

Perhaps only move is to press the reset button on the phone with a paperclip to flash it back to factory specs.
