I got the update finally expecting a few noticeable enhancements but I don tree anything. Is there something "cool" I'm missing?

Not really, the whole point of it really was the Kill Switch built into BlackBerry protect, a separate Private Browser and some key management stuff in security Settings

Yeah, not much if you're coming from 10.3.1.

They did bring back the growing numbers and the event bars options in the calendar that were removed in 10.3.1.

You can also now isolate just your local contacts in the contacts app from the menu. Before, you had to go into Contact Settings and turn everything else off to isolate any Local contacts.

I think you're under-playing how cool this feature is, it means that if your phone is lost or stolen nobody can ever access your device in any capacity without your password (even if they wipe it/reload the OS).

Any change to the calendar notification short notification sound problem? This is one of the worst issues I have with 10.3. Can't count the number of alarms that I have missed.

I hadn't noticed it was cut short. But then, mine is the Wii startup sound, and is only about 2 and a half seconds long.

I believe OS 10.3.2.2339 (SR 10.3.2.2226) is the most current (even though 10.3.2.2252 and 10.3.2.876 were pushed OTA to some carriers more recently).

Basically they returned our growing calendar numbers, improved security, & made things load a bit quicker....Oh & of course gave us that nice shiny ".2"

One is App Store, one is regular Amazon to shop.

I already had and still have search for amazon app. Is there a difference between the 2 other than the fact I choose to download one and BlackBerry made me download the other?

I don't have search for amazon but I'd say you can probably delete that one now.

I thought the best anti-theft deterrent or security feature was having the BlackBerry logo on your device.

Huge things if you were like me and had a very glitchy passport that froze many times a day. As of updating all of the issues I was experiencing have gone away. I was about to wipe my phone and start new loosing everything it was so bad. Doing a backup and restore just brought all of the problems with it. This update was epic!

You have to tell the new owner your bb id details so they can get into the device and add their own

No need, just turn off BlackBerry Protect before wipe the device and then disassociate the device from bbid

They also fixed another issue in the calendar. When you change the phone to landscape with the calendar app active, it would change to some other date in the future. Now it stays on the date you were on like it should.
