Inicial announced date + 2 month delay = accurate announced date

Then:
Accurate announced date + 1 month = actual date you'll be seeing it

If you live in the USA then its:
Accurate announced date + 5 months when your carrier says they'll release it + another 2 months when they actually do.

Therefore, we can assume most of us will be getting the update mid march, and US customers somewhere near September.

I heard somebody say they were looking for global release for 10.3.1 very disappointing to hear most people won't get the update for many months still
