hello everyone, I have used snap just fine up until a month back when I changed device for another q10.
now I just get error that I got pwd or email wrong,anyone else have this problem ?

user and pwd is correct, I log on fine via pc and web browser.
sidenote : got an email in the inbox saying that google has blocked a software that is not secure enough.
gmail is added to the q10 as email in the hub and works fine.

Any tips ?

It's Google new security... there is a way to log onto your Google Account and activate or authorize the device....
