    Your text message can't be sent? Did it ever work? Did you load a new OS recently?

    Yes I loaded new OS still problem occuring. Its for only one contact to whom I text a lot.

    I have had this problem my previous and current 10.2.1 version. It happens when I'm using two different languages when texting someone.
