I just stop getting SMS all of sudden. No notifications, no SMS at all. Is it a known issue for 10.3.*? Has anybody got solution, fix for it? This is very frustrating indeed. You have all the latest features, apps but suddenly the messages stops coming. I know it's a leak but SMS app is one of the very basic that shouldn't get broken. Jfyi, my carrier is not involved in all of this at all.

OS is 10.3.1.938 upgraded via autoloader. Model Q10-SQN100-3. S/w release shows 10.3.1.600.

I have verizon z30 and my sms goes out at any given moment and does not come back u.til I do a reset. But I never know when it goes out. I am literally texting myself duri.g the day to know if it working.

What have done previously? Did you install any app or did any modifications prior to the issue?

What troubleshooting steps have you taken into consideration?

SmS probably just hung up, I've seen this before when multiple messages are sent simultaneously. That can happen on any OS, just restart your phone.

This is a known issue for several builds. I'm not super technical but I do know It has to do with the radio file. I've only seen this issue with Verizon. I too have had it. It went away with radio 10.3.1.633. I haven't picked up a leak since because I found this build to be very stable and wasn't ready to part with my SMS again. I also can't say if it was because of the apps I have running or the order that I installed them.

Just know you're not alone ... and yes these are the things we either take or leave with a leak. Roll back if it's not something you want to deal with.

When I said my carrier isn't at fault, I meant I spoken to that just to make sure that DND is not activated accidentally. I am getting the SMS every now and than and shall stick with it for some more time until I miss some super critical message. Yes, it does associate with Radio file and I might try with 938 radio file but still want to hold onto it for sometime before I do next upgrade.

I'm running 10.3.1.1016 on a Verizon z30 and am having issues as well. Can anyone speak to running the .6xx radio file with this leak?

Try turning off connections to BlackBerry Link in your phone settings and also go in the device manager and close blend.

It's working now for some reasons w/o I doing anything. Will try out once I encountered the issue again.
