The short answer is no. Vector is no more, was bought by fitbit. The same happened with Pebble. Your best bet is to find a pebble, original, steel, time, time steel or time round. These work best with bb10.
You can try a Vector. For some works great, for me not as good as Pebble. Ia have managed to connect even with a Garmin Fenix 3HR but I have not tested the smartwatch part, only the sports part.

Using the pebble you have two choices. One is native: talk2watch pro. The other one is not: you have to install the android pebble app and then bridge from BlackBerry world. Talk2watch it is no longer maintained but works very well. Bridge is more recent and updated.

and just so I'm sure I understand if I got the classic, my calls, text, emails, and reminders will all show up and that's about it right?

What I have tested is: calls, messages, calendar events. All this using talk2watch and pebble original steel, time and time steel.

I had a Pebble for a while around two years ago and there was some neat integration with BB10. It was all done by third party developers. Some of it wasn't that useful but it was really cool to see the hard work put in by the Devs. Not sure if it'll still work today.

I am using Vector Luna with the Passport. The Bridge app makes it possible and the same app has to be used with Pebble as well.
În the autumn of 2017 I had some issues, but the support department from Vector and the Bridge developer offered me a good technical support.

If you are adventurous, you can get a Vector watch to work. It is awesome. Battery lasts 3 months and it looks like a Swiss watch.
