    Hey guys,

    I'm curious if "Smart Reply Message" is fully implemented in 10.2. This appears after you swipe up to ignore a call during an incoming call.
    (btw my current OS is Z10STL100-3/10.1.0.4633)

    As you can see it's pretty awesome to have this baked into the OS instead of some third party app, however whenever I press any of the choices, it just returns to the screen I was in previous to the call. I'm curious if this is fully working in 10.2 for those users who have tried it or if it's even working in .4651???

    I don't see how they left this out in the first place. I've mentioned this function when people have asked what the Z was missing. Even my six year old flip phone has this.

    Hi
    Today I had to ignore a call and decided to use the "Smart Reply Message". As Charliechan stated "whenever I press any of the choices, it just returns to the screen I was in previous to the call" the same thing happened to me.

    Later my caller confirmed that he received no text messages from me.

    Can anybody confirm that the "Smart Reply Message" is working?

    This is on Z10 with the latest 10.2 update.

    Many Thanks

    I believe iOS has this feature, and has since iOS 6 was released.

    This feature does work for me but every time I ignore a call and use smart reply it seems to stop working and it will only work again if I turn the feature off then back on again. Anyone else experienced this?

    Works well for me. I made a custom message that said, "I am busy, can you send me a message?". Get a response almost every time.

    I figured out how to turn it on.

    Go to your Phone App.
    * Settings
    * Priority Calling
    * ON

    I have a problem with this function. Because I edited one of 3 possible answers to suit my need, but it was sent in a really strange way. The first part of this automatic response is predefined message from BlackBerry and the second part is what I wanted to send. And together, the phrase was really strange and almost made no sense.

    And I'm afraid there isn't anything I can do about it, because I found out that the first part of automatic response is there in a way it cannot be changed.

    Anyone else see this behaviour?

    ^^^ I noticed that too and I don't think there's a way to edit it.

    Yes, it works fine for me - tested several times.

    I found this too, so I just changed the second line to read what I wanted to say... it says "im busy and I cant take your call. I'll get back to you".

    Yeah I tried this out too and it works, but mine got sent thru BBM to my contact. What happens if they don't have BBM?

    Then it will be sent as a simple SMS text message.

    The understanding have is it sends to the person based on the way you communicate most with them. So it "learns /knows" to use SMS or BBM.
