    My z10 was terribly slow and lagging. There was only 3% free on the device even tho I had deleted as much as possible and could not find any large files. Sooo, backed up notes, pictures and contacts and wiped and re-installed the os -Telus 10.2 - through blackberry link.

    Bang- phone is like new and very fast. Clearly there was some temp files or otherwise that were not deleted or find-able. BlackBerry World had all my apps waiting for me no problems.

    Anyway, just in case your bb10 is struggling.
