It was moved to the Amazon appstore.

The app was always an android port.

Installed the latest skype apk on my q10 and voice/video calls don't work.<br />

Even the version on the amazon app store doesn't work.<br />
<br />
Solution was to delete skype and install the old one from BlackBerry world wich doesn't appear anymore on search results.<br />

Same here guys - downloaded almost every version, doesn't work...why? Seems to be the same issue as with facebook messenger: while we see and hear when calling, the receiver doesn't receive anything but a notification afterwards...

I have found that the last version 4 Skype Android app actually works for audio and video calls, messaging and doesn't need patching for Google Play Services. Phone gets hot though, battery burner, so sign-out after use.

It can be found here:

Pity I can't find the last native BB10 version, never mind...

Thanks for pointing out the link to the BlackBerry World version of Skype.

When I click on the link it does open BlackBerry World and show me what looks to be the native version of Skype.

Unfortunately, selecting the download button results in an error 'A network error occurred while processing your request'.

I suspect it must be restricted by region, because I can download other apps from BlackBerry World without issue.

There is no native version of Skype for BB10 and there never was. The version in BlackBerry World is an Android port.

Thank you this info. Also, which version are you using? I seemed to have used a couple of versions and still the vid calls won' work.
