    I have a Z10. I have downloaded OS 10.2.0.424 and since then have been unable to access BB App World. I also receive repeat notifications to download the same software (10.2.0.424). I have done this many times. Still no access to App World. Help.

    Connect your device to your computer and run BB Link and connect your device to BB Link and choice the Reload OS option, this should fix you up.

    I don't get update notifications any more unless I manually search. Unable to delete the Skype update notification even after updating.
