    since i updated 10.2 last week i cannot use bbz10 any more like phone is speaking by self without presing any button any any tretment for bbs 10 its make me crazy some time i am thinking to throw the phone

    As Q said we need much more info in order to help you. What device are you using? Z10, Q10, Q5 or Z30? Are you talking about 10.2 official or a leaked build and which build? And who is your carrier? Also could you tell us more about the problem. What is not working, what is the phone doing or not doing, what's working or not working. Help us help you.
