    Hey community,

I was wondering if there was a quick and efficient way to share links or simple text from a smartphone to a PC. I used Daniel Bigham's Open on Phone and Playbook in the past, but it seems to only work one way and have to be on the same local network. Using Remember synced with Evernote is an alternative, but I think it's kind of clunky and slow when you only need to send some small text.

I thought of NFC, using a USB NFC reader, but they seem to cost more than I'm ready to pay for not knowing if it works in the first place, and still need an appropriate software to handle the link or text opening smoothly.

Anyone has experience with that, NFC or other? Thanks for your suggestions.

I actually use the Remember/Evernote method you mentioned, for a while. Now, I open a message in Gmail, drop in the content then save the draft. I open Gmail on my PC, and there's the notes or link in my drafts. I've also just started experimenting with the Andoid app GNotes. It's similar, but a little quicker to use.

Well, not as quick as I thought, but yes, it works well. I wish there was some more direct way to do this.

I wonder if this BlackBerry Fuse will do it, if it's available to us non BES-users.

Anyway, thank you for the tip!
