It seems when my phone reboots or re-connects to the Bell cell network the SIM Services icon is moved from the "Other" folder that I created and put it in back to the #1 app tray.

Any possible explanation for this? Thanks.

It's a carrier loaded App for Bell's services. Never use it and no matter of you throw it in a folder it will always come back to the main tray after reboot. I've come to terms with it, much like a crazy ex showing up randomly.

Mine is firmly rooted on the last one. It seems it has to be on one of the main pages and not in a folder. If you fill your first page then it should stay on the second, etc, etc.

    Hope that helps

This is not strictly a Bell issue.
I face the same issue on Vodafone (Netherlands)

Has anyone came up with a fix for this? Will it be possible to do anything with it with the new OS version that was released the other week?

This icon is still a pain.
