I have the 10.2.1 leak installed and ive checked for sw update but since I have the latest leak and it's the same as the official it says it's up to date, but i did the parental control wallpaper trick and now I can't go back to having the same wallpaper for both screens, I'm not wanting to reload th os jst to revert to factory settings, I'm wondering if I Sideloading the settings bar Frm the official update would it wipe out my os?

i did the trick with parental controls so i could have a seprate wallpaper for the lock screen and home screeen, but i now i want it to be the same for both but lock screeen wallpaper doesnt change, i don;t really wanna reload the os and set everything up again.

yes turning parental control doesnt make a difference its stuck as two wallpapers im running the leak 10.2.1.1925 so i cant upgrade to my carriers os because its the lastest os. would the wallpaper save if i did a security wipe and then restore? or shudnt i restore settings after?

Why don't you try to set the same wallpaper for both?
Let's see if it works.

But if you restore settings it will restore also your wallpaper I think.
It's best not to restore when you're having issues.

I tried but only my home wallpaper changes no matter what I do my lock screen wallpaper stays the same, I think I'll just wipe it and restore only apps aind media if I'm correct that the settings hold the wallpaper settings
