If the passwords are correct, try to put the server address as us.bbm.in.ua, not Us.bbm.in.ua - I am not sure this is why it is stuck, but it may work.
Can you connect from your z10 meanwhile?

I changed the server address as you said and tried to no avail! Also left the Preshared Key open so that you could see! Does work on my Z10!

It does not. As you see, on BB10 there's no such field available for configuration if PSK authentication is used. You can put even WTF there. Maybe it's gonna react to your message that way

I finally got my Passport to connect to the vpn and I have successfully downloaded the Snap app from the sideload.it server as a test. Yeah! I had not changed the server address correctly. However, I still cannot get my Playbook to connect. I then tried to download a .bar file from " Apk2bar.org" on my Passport, but it would not finish the install (just stuck in limbo for 15 minutes or so until I finally close the app--I tried using 3-4 different apps). I have found out that you CANNOT have Blackberry Blend running on the Passport and use the VPN at the same time.

I will also need to look into remote file download, like in your case with apk2bar.org - for me it hasn't worked today either, but it worked earlier. Needs to be tested more thoroughly.
Will keep you updated. In the meanwhile do update me with any troubles you encounter.

Milan, you say you entered 192.162.69.100 while the correct address is 192.168.69.100

Were you able to get Sideload.it working on your PlayBook yet? I'm having trouble with the VPN connecting!

It actually should unless you have a really odd Wi-Fi network that is already using the 192.168.69.xxx addresses : \ (which neither of us have ever seen before)
