When you are looking at your hub and it is showing 1 unread and you scroll up and down but cannot spot the unread email?
Go to search and hit the three bars in top left corner and scroll down to filter section and choose Unread.

Do you have all your mailboxes enabled? Also have you tried rebooting?

it's a nice feature but hidden too far into the UI. It should be in the ... options menu om the main hub screen. Not sure why it has to be 3 clicks down (search, = , then Unread) as this is one of the most useful typical searches if you get tons of email.

While using this, remember that if you get any new e-mails, this view does not refresh. You will have to close and re-do it, or you can just go back to your inbox, most recent one should be on top anyway.

I do agree that it should not have been buried so deep, or at least they should just bring back the "Next Unread" "Previous Unread" function!!! and add Delete / File / Move and then see next e-mail option, instead of having to go back to list every single time.

Ping for a forgotten thread, still buried just as deep in the 10.2 leaks and almost the least intuitive place to find it if you even know it's there.

Silly triple dot menu should be much more compact and have Top/Next Unread/Last Unread/Bottom seems blindingly simple. Search/Compose and /Attachment should be removed form the menu as they are redundant to the prior screen.

Why not a keyboard shortcut for Q10 users with "U" for Unread

Totally agree, there is all that screen real estate, but they are not utilized with icons, or at least give user a choice or customization on which icons they would like to display, is it really that difficult? Or unlock the darn thing, let people create their own add-ons and customizations so we can add next/previous unread, etc.. while reading an e-mail, or just a single tap Archive or ask which folder to go, etc.. So many options and possibilities, one OS10, suffering under terrible management (or lack of management)..
