    Our company is, after my intensive testing and pushing for it to happen (all apple sheep here) rolling out Z10's and Q5's
    As people know I pushed it hard, they come to me for tips ans stuff.
    I explained one of them how to switch off or on showing sent messages and filed messages, do it for her on her device and when I show the result, it remains shown, no matter how often I switch if back and forth.
    Mine did this asap without hassle, I even pulled the battery in it, to no avail. Any help is appreciated

    Really don't know what to tell you, I am just bumping this so someone with better knowledge can see. Did you try a reset (keep holding volume up+volume down, releasing when the colored logo comes on)?

    There were some builds back in the day with this feature broken.
    1. Make sure OS is fully up to date.
    2. Compare version to your version.
    3. Refresh the hub (in hub Swipe in from top right corner of bezel towards middle of screen... 5times)
    4. Is this on BES?

    Z10STL100-3/10.3.0.710

    If it's on BES your administrator may have it set that way. Check with them.

    Exactly the same. Still, after setting, upsetting, battery pulling etc, no result...
